Giraffe In Pastel is a wall art print I created using a colored pencil and chalk technique. This technique uses strong drawing lines with softer chalk strokes filling in. The colors are in pastels, giving it a bold modern look. The setting is the Los Angeles Zoo. When I came across a group of giraffes, I knew I wanted to create an art print that would be soft in colors, but still depict the strength and elegance of this animal.
