• Little Brown Church In Sepia

Little Brown Church In Sepia is a sepia tone photographic wall art print of the Little Brown Church in Nashua, Iowa. The church was built in 1864 and was made famous by a song. It is well known in Iowa as a unique place to have a small wedding. This capture was taken in the middle of February during a light snow. (Click on the picture for a larger image)

I used a sepia tone finish on the photograph for that old rustic look. The sepia brown tones originated with film photography as part of the process to develop the prints in the 1800’s. Today, we can recreate that same vintage look digitally. This type of wall art print lends itself to a rustic or old vintage type of interior decoration. Even with that said, I have seen this style used in more modern decor that had earth tone elements to it. The way a print is matted and framed can change the entire look of the print.

I offer this print personally signed by me in the size stated. This will be printed on Epson Premium Glossy Photo Paper, which is 10 ml in thickness, 97% opacity and a 92 ISO brightness rating. The print is then hand cut, signed by me and packaged in a mailing tube for protection.

This art print is also available in the following galleries where my art is sold as various sized prints/posters, custom framed prints, wrapped canvas or on a variety of products: Imagekind  Pixels  fineartamerica
