The Log Cabins - is a wall art print I created using an impasto oil technique. This technique focuses on bold brush strokes and bright colors creating a traditional oil painting look. (Click on the picture for a larger image)
The inspiration behind this art print is Fort Misery, which is the oldest log building associated with the the territory of Arizona. This structure currently stands on the grounds of the Sharlot Hall Museum in Prescott, Arizona. It was originally built in 1863-1864 along the banks of Granite Creek (two blocks south of the museum). It was disassembled and reassembled on the museum grounds in 1934. Fort Misery was built by a trader as a home and store.
I offer this print personally signed by me in the size stated. This will be printed on Epson Premium Semi-matte Photo Paper. The paper is 10 ml in thickness, with 96% opacity and a 94 ISO brightness rating. The print is then hand cut, signed by me and packaged in a mailing tube for protection.
This art print is also available in the following galleries where my art is sold as various sized prints/posters, custom framed prints, wrapped canvas or on a variety of products: Imagekind Pixels fineartamerica
