"Who said it Would be Easy" is a wall art print done with that single thought framed in the center of the bottom black border below a photograph I took in Red Rock National Conservation Area of rock climbers making their way up a canyon wall. What I really like about this shot is the fact you have to stop and look for the climbers which just reinforces the enormity of the job they have taken on. If not for a red jacket it would be easy to completely overlook them. (Click on the picture for a larger, more detailed image)
As a Christian artist, I seek to make sure that the thought I am using is a good marriage with the art print I put it on. In this particular case, I was preparing the shot for a stand alone art print. Frankly when I took the shot, I didn't even realize I was getting rock climbers, so when I saw what I had, the words just came to me. At that point, I couldn't see this print without those words. The next step in the process is picking the font and finding the correct position on the picture. I knew I needed a bold font for that type of statement and also knew I would use a border style to anchor the message. I didn't want anything to distract from the ant sized climbers in the middle of the shot. I was really pleased with the outcome and think it all fits together perfectly.
I offer this print personally signed by me in the size stated. This will be printed on Epson Premium Glossy Photo Paper, which is 10 ml in thickness, 97% opacity and a 92 ISO brightness rating. The print is then hand cut, signed by me and packaged in a mailing tube for protection.
This art print is also available in the following galleries where my art is sold as various sized prints/posters, custom framed prints, wrapped canvas or on a variety of products: Imagekind Pixels fineartamerica
